It is a long journey, she knows intellectually - Belle always studies the maps carefully in the library before each of these autumn trips her husband alows her, although by now it is deeply ingrained into her being - but, it feels short

And I've found myself thinking the same thing a million times about various ships since I found this community - especially among the princiess'. Heh! I think it must be all the room for interiour motives under all the shiny happy, pretty exterior. Plus, of course, the ability to let them cross story lines and play together. :)

I love how you took the prompt of riding and wove it through your story as a central theme. This fic had great characterization for Belle, I love how she reads on her horse. It raises a lot of questions as well, for example if Prince Adam knows about their relationship, or even if Belle realizes the extent of her feelings.

Thank ya. Belle has always been one of my favorites amongst the Princesses (more personality then storyline). So, it is very fun to play with her. I also liked keeping it very open to interpretation. It's fun to me to believe in both scenarios were this is a sanctioned open relationship scenario that Prince Adam is aware of or the other where he is completely in the dark. And then there is the flip side you mentioned that there could just be lots of suppresed feelings going on on the gals side resulting in a close frienship that never progresses further.

Heh. The more I write going through this, the more it makes me want to do a longer form bit for them. Oh goodness. Well, thanks for the feedback!
