Gene/Felix, Felix/Calhoun
So, out of all the characters, Gene seemed to be the only one who didn't really learn a lesson. He was cruel to Ralph, antagonised him into going out to earn a medal, then put the blame for the entire situation when Ralph did go and get a medal squarely on Ralph's shoulders. We don't really see him realise that he's acted with cruelty or that his actions were at least partly responsible for what happened.
So, nasty person that I am, I want to see Gene punished in some way. >;)Gene has been in love with Felix for years. He's grown increasingly bitter and often taken his frustration out on Ralph, but at least he could assure himself that Felix was still single, that maybe one day he'd have a shot

Well, to be fair to Gene, he's the guy Ralph throws off the building at the start of every game for thirty years, that's got to set up some resentment!

Oooh, that's very true, good point. I wish we'd gotten a little moment between Ralph and Gene at the end, even if it was just a handshake and a shared smile. Oh well, maybe on the DVD. :)
