Neither one of them remembers this for whatever reason you choose...right up until their memories start coming back. They can be from any time period (I'd prefer Golden Age of Piracy, though) and their memories can be triggered in any way you'd like, but I'd like them to have had a genuinely close father-son relationship back in the day. Bonus points for: - Hook having been a Navy officer in his previous life, probably quite high-ranking. - The fairies are behind it.
