[Theres a noise, something organic and raw. The ground shakes a bit and you will be jolted out of your sleep. Get to a window and you'll see a flicker, the fence which has stood strong and proud against the black mist... the strangelings.... it's flickering.
It's not gonna hold up long.

Get up.
[His words are short, but not ungentle. Unafraid of the wolves, Goliath crouches down to cover Aisling's shoulder with a hand that's nearly half as big as she is.]
Aisling. You will go with the other females. My friend Elisa will go with you. She will take care of you.
[Since the Mouse dictates that he must care for the male students instead. Stupid mouse.]

Will you be alright, too, Goliath...?

[He doesn't care about considering that he might not be. He has every single reason to survive this night, and make sure the rest of the students do too.]
Go. Be safe. Listen to Elisa. You can trust her to take care of you.
[And she should be able to trust him to take care of her, but the Mouse is insisting he go elsewhere and this is not at all what he wants, but he has a student to reassure.]

Time is running out. She has no idea how quickly, but she can't help but feel this isn't as dire as the Leviathan evacuation. They aren't underwater, their lives not immediately in danger.
She whips around, scanning the halls. Every second, she's trying to keep count, make sure everyone is there. This time-- This time no one gets left behind.
She doesn't know what will become of the rest of them. Those there are no beds in the bunker for. But that's what authority means. That's what responsibility is.]

Hel-- Lieutenant, whatever! Hey, have you seen Blondie around here anywhere? She hasn't gone down already, has she?

[Even as she's speaking, she's trying to keep a tally in her head.
Boys, girls. Teachers.
They should have organized. Should have broken the students into groups. But it's too late for "should have"s. They can only deal with what they have.
She glances at Flynn.]
She'll be safe.
Now, go with the other male students so you will be too.

[But when she sees Helga she makes her way over, arms full of her hair and her single bag of precious things.] Miss Lieutenant!

Time is not on our side. Go with the other males.

In time. There's no point in rushing a crowd so, when everyone else is done, I'll just follow in suit without the fear of getting run over.

The crowd is sorting out the whereabouts of loved ones. If you are not likewise looking for someone, you will help speed this evacuation by clearing this space for those who are.

More than anything, though, he's searching for two students in particular that he's managed to miss through all of this madness- His Master and Belle. He needed to know they were alright, they were the last people from home he had left.]

Cogsworth! Are you alright?!
[DON'T GET TRAMPLED ON.]

B-belle! There you are!!
How are you? Have you seen the Master, is he alright?? I've been so worried about you two, I couldn't find either of you anywhere!
Reply
I haven't seen him anywhere.
[She bites her lip and gets jostled by the crowd a little.]
I'm so worried.

She was at the entrance to the tunnels. Holding the first set of doors open, ever so often her eyes shifted to the fence. How were they supposed to fix this?]

Ramirez.
[It's faint, but someone who knows Helga might hear the trace of concern in her voice. When she goes on... it's not an order. It's a suggestion. An out, if Audrey wants to take it.]
You aren't just a teacher. You are a student too.

[Audrey glared up at Helga, jutting her chin out. Stubborn as always, her blood hummed as she swallowed her fear and anxiety that the Mist brought.
She knew at least one person would tell her she should be in the bunks. She just didn't figure it would be Helga. She had hoped it wouldn't be.]

Just so long as you know you have the option.
