Oh crap, that question.
Hilarious me trying to give you any kind of advice on this one really. There are relationships I've given up on which I still look back on and wonder if I really tried. Am I a fussy bastard, was that just a rough patch? How the hell do other women put up with other men long enough to actually marry them and all that seriously long term stuff? But I've always gone with the idea that deep down, you know. And though I'll spend ages trying to ignore the niggling feeling that the end is in sight, eventually it's time to walk away. Therefore, unfortunately all I will say is that I reckon you already know what you have to do. The fact that you're wondering is a bad sign. But you have as long as you want to try and see things in a different light, spend some quality time, and have some cracking sex. I thank you.

Hey, bit more self-confidence please, you give good advice! Thank you for taking the time to reply anyway, it's always good to know people have noticed, I'm a bit mner right now so that's not helping.

Sorry I missed your birthday, I was at home waiting for my drunk boyfriend to turn up! Really need to re-think those priorities don't I...

Thanks for taking the time to say so though, it's good to know people are out there. I'll work it out, besides, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right!

Apparently so, but doesn't make it easier to live with at the time though.
