i think that customer who wrote you the note made up for the hot tamale guy. he was such a JERK!

i was in Disney from sept 30-oct 7 and i left our housekeeping lady a note, my daughter really loved what she would do with her dolls and leaving the washcloth animals.

i didnt run into any grmpy cast members, you guys really DO make Disney special even if you arent always told.

I'm glad! And I've always loved the housekeeping staff, I've heard they have a ton of fun making things up for people :)
