I'm really tired of all the crap LJ has been heaping on everyone so I'm moving to Dreamwidth.

Please, please consider making the move. If you do, I'm Heian. I'd love it if you added me.

I'm not moving. I know there's a veritable exodus going on away from lj but I'm not abandoning it.
Personally I don't think it's their fault they keep on getting hacked by a bunch of retards that are against free speech. Frankly if we move this people win.

And I quite like the new lay-out commenting changes they just did :)

It's not because of the attacks. It's because of their absolutely pathetic customer service. It's ok, though. I understand why you want to stay. <3

I'll still be around, I love all my LJ buddies. Just not spending anymore money on LJ.

I've personally not had any negative experiences with their customer service so I can't complain there.
But I understand that people who have had negative experiences with them would move away or stop paying for it.

I'll try and help as much as I can. I'm not completely abandoning ship - I'm just not putting as much time into LJ anymore.

I'm very sorry, but I'm choosing to stick it out here on LJ. Despite the changes, I still feel very used to this place, and the thought of moving to an entirely new site intimidates me. But I wish you lots of luck, and I'm glad we become friends while you were still here.

I'll still be around, especially on WDA! I'm not completely moving out - I think I'm gonna cross-post between sites and see how it goes? idk.. I don't want to lose contact with everyone here! I'm just not renewing my paid account (for the first time in 7 years!) I had a bad experience with customer service firsthand and thats why I've got a DW, too.

I'll definitely be around!

That's a relief to hear then. :)

I've had several friends leave LJ completely because of this whole ordeal, so I'm glad that's not entirely the case with you. I'm really glad we won't be losing Dug at WDA either.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with customer service. Apparently lots of other users have, and it makes me mad that LJ would treat their costumers so poorly. :\
