I have a nice body, but I wear baggy pants and oversized shirts. I look like I'm stuck in the mid-90s. And I look fat. I mean, seriously... some people truthfully thought I was "chubby" because of the clothes I wore. I'm done with that

You don't need tight jeans, just jeans that aren't really really baggy.

well fitted clothes will do. they don't have to be skin tight, just not baggy or too tight. just spend some time shopping. don't just get anything you put on. be picky and find something you like and will work with you.

Here comes the stereotypes -- asian males can wear nice clothes (ex: ribknit sweaters from Banana Republic) and still be perceived as a dude/totally straight. If you wear dress shirts it'll say that you shower, not that you're superscene.

Yeah, I'd say just get clothes that are like a step below tight; they should be loose fitting but not so loose that they are baggy. If small is too tight then step up to medium. You should be able to show off your physique without people thinking you're metro.
