seeing someone die isnt something u want to witness take it from me, living in villa hood, exposes you to shit. and the fact we have so many people dying around the world due to wars and fuckin genecide is fuckin ridiculous

You are wonderful. Lately I have been looking into all sorts of tragedies happening. Like in Sudan for instance. http://savedarfur.org/
I feel like I should help. I think about all sorts of things happening around the world that most of us are unaware of. It seems like we should be doing something.

Yea those are all terrible things that happened. But what can we do. We can write our local congressman/woman or even throw together a rally. Problem is no one listens to these issues anymore plus who here in america would really give a shit.

Yeah, the thought of senseless death is always on my mind. I am not content to just live my life without acknowleding the impact that my actions have on the rest of existence. I think that if people in America really considered certain things like the gas mileage on their vehicles, for example, have real and lasting effects on the entire planet. A person may feel that they are providing safety by buying an H2 for their family... however, the pollution and the amount of consumption from such a vehicle sets the stage ripe for their kid to get drafted for the Oil Wars.

People like that who are so open-minded to see this end up cynical. They hate those who can't see this, and they may act aggressively to "enlighten" the others. And the others get defensive, and they end up ignoring everything the other says and labels everything coming from them as trash.

This is America, you're liberal or conservative.

Based on how collected you were on posting this, I can see that you're educated, but you're not a blind fanatic. Very very nice. How things get done are through compromises.. and stuff.
