Well the cast is off, and now i have a boot thing. i can officialy wash my foot and begin the muscle exercise's hooray! and i can go do lite duty at work now YES! i can keep myself somewhat busy. gah now to get back on a sleep schedule though ewww thats one thing i didnt miss. doc said my broken bone was healing good, just need to wait on ligaments
