Sorry to burst your bubble, but had you gone to the same place I had, you would have an entirely differant view. A friend of mine was responsible for inspecting the above circus and its animals for animal safety. She gave them a perfect 100. The animals I saw were target trained and I saw no equipment used that I havent used in training saddle horses or dogs in the past 14 yeas that I have been doing so.
