Saw that one a few days ago. In the face of overwhelmingly negative public opinion (surprise!), Delgado has withdrawn his lawsuit. We can now only hope that the poor kid's family will take him for everything he has in their long-overdue counter lawsuit.

By the way, lots of folks are out there wearing jeans instead of lycra, including me sometimes ;-P.
