Seems a good time to explicate some consciousness. I do not know how lengthy this entry will be, nor do I know how brief. I have been more ill during the past few days than I can remember being in a long time. I experienced a kidney infection like that once. I last from August to December of 2008, and it was immediately followed by a flu. I can't stress the benefits of vitamins and watered-down Gatorade (for hydration's sake) enough.

As it turns out, I was in DKA, which is Diabetic ketoacidosis, which is the state that the body goes into if diabetics do nothing about the fact that they have diabetes; it is the body's preparation for death; it is very unpleasant. Exactly a month after the day I posted this, I called 911 and went to the hospital. I discovered that I have Diabetes type 1.
