Why do I do these things to myself

I am supposed to have 25,000 words by the end of tonight in order to be 'caught up' in NaNoWriMo.
I currently have 8,184.
I am goddamn amazing. And also I will never be a writer but it's been fun to pretend!

Wow KB, look at you go…from 8K to 13K...I know you can make it to the finish line...you have “moxie” {the ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage}.

We look forward to seeing you today at the write-in and watching your word count grow exponentially! Plus, you have already proven that you are one of the fastest typists in our chapter…word-wars rule!
