seriously, cosmos or karma or god or whatever - what have i done that was so horrible? what can i do to make it better?

the condo directly across the hall from mine has also appeared on the market today. it is the exact same floorplan, though with only one bathroom, and it faces DC. they are asking $15k less than I am

true - and it appears i am not the only proponent of that bright idea. i knew i would have competition in the same zipcode. i did not count on competition within a 5-foot radius! :)

i've calmed down a little. it's possible that one may be snapped up immediately, putting me back in the driver's seat. or it's possible someone may just like my condo better - it does have a better view (and one which is pretty much guaranteed not to change in the forseeable future), two bathrooms, and a much more neutral color scheme. who knows.
