Dear umustpaytherent :

We created this community for a reason. There are more than enough communities dedicated to young love. MORE than enough. Us oldies wanted a community for ourselves so we didn't have to listen to the young kids whining and complaining.

...I didn't realize I was being lumped into the oldies category just for being over 20, though. Can I start wearing polyester pants and sweaters with pictures of cats on them now? Wanna join me? ;)

LOL I think I'm going to be the sort of old lady who deliberately causes arguments for laughs, and then walks down the path with her arms outstretched like an aeroplane so that people can't just walk around me when I'm being deliberately slow XD

I just find it amusing. I am 21, but I look about 17 or 18 and being patronised and belittled is something I have to deal with in everyday life, so to be one of the "oldies" is rather amusing to me :)

Whining and complaining? You oldies complain too! Even more than young adults! Just because you're over 20 doesnt make yo mature and agreeable. I've looked in a lot of relationship communities and saw that people of 24, 25...and older complain, so dont go around saying only young people complain because thats bullshit.

Oh...and if someone in a LDR would "whine" its because of the LDR itself. Not because of age. I've seen people of 30 complain about their LDR. Age dont mean shit.
