Coldplay is SO GOOD in concert. It's... it's like watching AND listening to joy.

INCOHERENT RAMBLINGS:

First off, I got there JUST IN TIME.
As in, I walked more than clear around the Amway Arena, found Sarah waving to me, and climbed the stairs to my seat to sit down and look at the stage EXACTLY the moment the lights came on and the music started. MY TIMING IS EXCELLENT.

Chris Martin is kind of a goofy looking guy in pictures, but he is SO CUTE AFLJKADA IN PERSON CONCERT. And he dances like SUCH a spastic maniac, which I love, because it's exactly how I would dance if it were my concert. And the music was just the right volume and his VOICE!! *flails*

The lights, backgrounds, effects, lasers, etc was all REALLY good too. It all added just the right touch to every song, even separating parts out of songs.
The crowd was SO GOOD about singing along. Viva la Vida was legendary. ♥

They played The Scientist from the CROWD. Like, a platform laid across where people had been sitting in the lower amphitheater part. And this girl who was right there was LOSING HER MIND. :D

And then during Lovers in Japan (I think), their second to last song? (it's all a blur at this point), multi-colored confetti started to rain from the ceiling over the floor. And then I realized: IT WAS BUTTERFLY CONFETTI. It looked like butterflies were everywhere.
Then there was a lull, then these blacklights came on all over the stage and orange and yellow blacklight-sensitive butterfly confetti POURED out from the ceiling.
At one point, it was swirling so thick you could hardly see the stage. SO. AMAZING.

aflkjd;sa I want to marry Chris Martin's voice.
