I swear each year that I won't make resolutions, and yet I always do! And they're always very odd.
So for next year I vow to:
-Drink 64oz of water/tea EVERY DAY!
-Stretch every morning and every evening
-Floss EVERY night (I'm so bad about this)
-Work toward complete health - physically, mentally, emotionally
-Work on issues of respect (self, mainly)
