...I keep spamming your journal. I'm sorry =/

But, uh, do not want that. It must be...not fun.

If you want to do it, go for it...but I don't see why anyone would. *shrugs*

No, no, I like it when I get comments. It makes me feel like a special snowflake instead of the same decaying organic matter that we all are etc etc.

I think I will go for it. I have a bad habit of purposely doing things that scare me despite knowing I will be scared out of my mind for a while afterward, but it sounds fun.

Alright then~ XD

Actually, that isn't a bad thing - facing your fears, I mean. So good luck! =]

Have done that, by accident when a child (was terrifying) and later by will (still kind of spooky ( ... )

I did add you. Partially because I've been wanting to and have been putting it off, and partially sending out a feeler so that you'd see this and I wouldn't have to feel awkward chatting you and asking you how you feel about this kind of thing. I trust you more than most people on this kind of thing which is potentially dangerous but oh well oh well oh well.

My friend already told me about some trippy, piss-your-pants experiences she's had with it. Most of it really doesn't sound all that appealing. At all. In fact this whole thing sounds downright terrifying.

But I'm too curious for my own good and I'll probably try it anyway because I want to be able to say I have done it.

I know there are other ways to do it. I'll probably try a dream journal, too, should I ever feel motivated enough to do that(and after the dream with GunsNRoses and the violent bunny and kitten, idk if I want to but whatever). But this still sounds interesting and I think if I ever get up the courage to do it, I'd like to try.

Like you said, it probably wouldn't be as traumatizing since I'd be doing it to myself on purpose. I'm mostly relying on that knowledge to convince myself this is okay.

The GNR and violent animals thing won't happen because u will be in control of your dream, silly

But the bunny and kitten freaking beat me to death :( Or rather, they scratched me until I was bleeding profusely and I slowly died in a bathroom I'd run to hide in.
FINE I'LL TRY IT WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT

That sounds so scary! ;~;

I mean, if it's something you really want to do (which is what it seems like) you should, but baaah that sounds terrifying.

I like the vivid, not-being-in-control feeling of dreams. I've never lucid dreamed but I do remember my dreams basically every night. I love dreaming~

Good luck, and please post about how it goes!

I never remember my dreams. It's rare that I do, and when I do, they're generally unpleasant dreams.

I can tell you that I certainly won't be trying this tonight. I'm waiting for a good time, where I won't freak out anyone who walks in and thinks I'm like, dead or something, or anything of that nature. Do not want.

But I'll write about it if I do try it~

I wasn't aware you could -trigger- lucid dreams.

What you should do:
1. Click picture link up yonder
2. Read sagebrush_2008 and Speck's comments
3. Talk to Speck
4. Not trust me for info on this because I only know what they told me OTL
5. Probably google too
6. Profit!!

I think you can ONLY trigger them, or rather create an environment that can help you trigger them.

There are two pathways regarding entering them: DILD (dream inditiated lucid dreams where you just make your current dream lucid), and WILD (wake initiated lucid dream where you go from a wake state to a dream by way of self-induced sleep paralysis). The latter is what's being employed in the guide we're discussing
