So today we watched some of Alice. As in the Jan Svankmajer version. I've never seen it before, and we didn't finish it, but I loved what I saw. I hope we get to finish it tomorrow. It didn't creep me out as much as I'd been hoping, but I really did enjoy it.
As for the actual Alice project, I'm nearly finished. I just have to paint some more red on some of the flowers, possibly make a few more little flowers, decorate a cardboard circle, and slap it all on top. I'm still trying to decide how to arrange it all, but I'm sure it'll come out fine.
My teeth, however, still hurt a little. Not intense pain, but they're still a bit sensitive to cold, and throbbing a little.
For the rest of school, I need to type up a brief paragraph about Bleeding Kansas and its effects on slavery(although the English teacher wrote slabvery...), I need to make a poster about Eleanor of Aquitaine for History, and aside from regular homework, I need to study for the bloody midterms.
I'm dreading these midterms, you know. And what's worse? I'm going to move a week after them, which means I'll probably have to take them all over again when we go back to regular, all-year school schedules wherever I move and the midterms come up when they normally would. Bleh.
Oh, and stalker girl? She came up to me today to say she was sorry she won't be able to email me for a while, but her computer has viruses and so on. I did my best to make a disappointed face. (I am totally ignoring the fact that she popped up next to me while I was in the library with my fourth block class when she ISN'T IN THAT CLASS AND HAD NO REASON TO BE THERE. WAT.)
Also, I'm almost done with my costume. I was supposed to be done today, but apparently my mom has issues with me making progress on anything. I bet on Halloween she'll tell me it's my fault we didn't finish my costume because I never reminded her to help me cut my cape. When I do it everyday. Convenience for distantsheep? What? We don't do that around here. I should've just bought a freaking cape when we were at the store, but she told me not to because she was going to cut my cape for me. Ugh.
