I feel as though you have made a common error by stating that supporting life is an attack on feminism. On the contrary, it is extremly supportive of feminism, because it takes into consideration not only the life of the child but also the life of the mother, who, as statistics have shown, will suffer greatly in the aftermath of an abortion.

I see your point of view. I agree that physically, an abortion may not be the safest thing for most mothers, and emotionally it can be completely draining. However, I also believe that every woman has the right to decide for herself whether or not she should be able to have an abortion, and that right should not be governed by someone in a "higher power." I, myself, do not agree with abortion. I would never (were I ever in that position) get an abortion, but the fact is that THAT is my choice, and I know plenty of others whose choice would differ from mine. Who's right is it to decide for those women whether or not they can have an abortion if they want to/ feel as though they have to?
