I just dreamed last night that my ex Chris texted me and I was so confused this morning when he wasn't in my inbox - it felt SO real. I don't think it is necessary to tell your current boyfriend at. all. I mean he probably dreamed about Megan Fox last night but he didn't tell you! It will most likely just put tension between the two of you when there is obviously nothing to be worried about.
Hah, true. It's just that Tommy gets very insecure when it comes to my ex-boyfriend. But I suppose you're right. I'll just keep it on the hush hush for now.
I have dreamt about my ex several times. He was my first love, dated him for 4 years. It was really unfortunate relationship. However, it's not bad to dream about them. Usually I look up in books about what my dreams could mean. I would suggest maybe doing this. Keep a notebook by the bed with a pen to write down anything as soon as you wake up. Same for the surgery.
I wouldn't tell him until you settle everything with yourself first along with make sure that you fully understand it. Some guys can get really upset about those kind of things and it's best to figure out why before opening up one of those conversations.
I think I read about it. I don't think it's anything serious. At least I hope not. The surgery dream was just down-right freaky. It scared the hell out of me. So I hope it's nothing too bad.

I had a "C-section" kinda surgery a few years ago. & ever since every couple monthes or so, i have a dream of someone stabbing me in the gut. Its freaky as hell. & no matter how many times i have the dream, it stills freaks me out.
