Just grammar-correcting first because I'm a total grammar whore:
3rd paragraph: I didn't saw it coming should be "see."
7th paragraph: He’d through that door and start to make fun of me, to tease me. there is no verb.

But other than those (I don't think there are any others unless I missed them) I'm amazed that English is not your first language! This was extremely well done, too. I agree, it's all about Izaya's eyes. Keep writing! ^_^

Thanks for the corrections, I get distracted when I write and end up making foolish mistakes (like forgetting verbs xD).
