Oooooh, I forgot Subway sandwiches. Mmm. Subway Club. Lunch is wonderful when I manage to go to my nearest subway. And we had snow yesterday, but I was snuggled up in bed and missed it. Apparently it was only there for about five minutes. I'm hoping for better snow in a couple of weeks.
We had a layer of ten centimetres of snow yesterday and while getting the BF's car de-snowed, we had a snowballfight \o/
Today, however, all the snow is gone and while it did snow again, it was too warm, so it all melted within seconds. Sadness.
David Tennant, Johnny Depp, Christian Kane, Orlando Bloom, is that Robbie Williams?, the guy who plays Peter Petrelli, errrrrrr.. Yeah. No cookie for me, I guess.
*laugh* A couple of those people are pretty specialist. The guy in the bottom right for example it Richard Armitage, who has only been in Robin Hood (as Guy of Gisbourne) and Spooks (for four episodes so far)!
And I always loved it when kids did something like that - when I left a school after having helped out for a day a week for about five weeks, they gave me a massive card signed by all the kids, and some of the messages were really sweet!
The kids might drive you up the wall occasionally, but they're also capable of doing the sweetest things.
Somewhere, I hope, is a card given to me by a bunch of Year 9 students from Warrington with lots of little in-jokes and so on. The first student gift I got was when I did my work experience at a primary school and then went to NZ for six months - each kid from the form I spent most time with wrote a letter for me and they put them all in a big envelope and sent them to me. I never got homesick in NZ, but the letters made me cry lots. In a good way.
I do love kids. I don't think I will ever convince myself to work full time with them again, but that's because of me, not them!
I have a book full of 'handwriting exercise' letters a bunch of 7 year olds gave me all thanking me for helping them make space pictures and for doing music with them.
It's a standard thing on my lj these days. I suddenly realised that the majority of my entries are quite adult in content, and I have some completely open posts that include discussions about the so called 'adult themes'. So I put a slightly adult warning on my journal.

A-also. You don't happen to want to upload that picture you're using as a wallpaper, do you? It sounds awesome!
