I'm totally spamming now, but I've spent most of the day huddled on the sofa, and that means abusing the internet. Anyway. I was hoping far more informed people than me could help me out.

I've had this picture bookmarked for an age. I love it, and think it's a nice piece of art, and as most people know I am a fan of anything to do with comic books

It doesn't look very Penguin-y, I always had the Penguin's face as less elongated and more... well, penguin-y. And I had the Commissioner Gordon thought about the other guy too, but was wary of saying it was because I couldn't make it fit. I'm assuming that's why the face!

I guess it could be Catwoman. She has a kind of catty eye make up thing going on. It looks almost as if she was an afterthought as well, since she's disappearing into the sofa.

Ah, that's why he's so short! I wondered about that. According to Wikipedia, Scarface was controlled by the Ventriloquist. And I do remember him actually - I used to watch the animated series occasionally, and I think I remember the guy popping up.

A bit of research later, and it would appear that that was drawn by a guy who did actually draw for the Batman comics. Maybe there's somewhere where they explain this. I wish it weren't so difficult to find though. *pouty face*

The girl on the sofa is Scarface's new puppeteer - Peyton Riley. She has a run in with both Harley and Zatanna in later runs of the comics. Harley dislikes her because she stole the original ventriloquist's bit.
