a weekend update
Where to start...i guess at the beginning.
Friday - Went to work, got paid!! and had plenty to do, so the day flew by. This was a great way to start the weekend. I got home, ate, and got ready for the night. Chris and aubrey came up from Nashville, so me, chris, and brent dedided to go see Collateral. Chris had already seen it, but wanted to see it again. Despite what Mike says, this was a kickass movie. Tom Cruise plays a great bad guy. I loved the little bits of comedy that they threw in there. Then went to 2-bit to get in a couple rounds of DDR. then went to brent's house to chill and watch the Incubus DVDs that chris had made. We decided around midnight to go get ice cream from walmart, then around 12:30 aubrey left. The three of us just talked until we all were about to collapse.
Saturday - I got woke up at 1PM by my little brother, bc i think he thought i might be dead or something. So i got up, ate some lunch, then took a shower and got ready. I hung out with chris most of the afternoon until 6ish. We went to Book & Movie Exchange and then went to get some Noble Romans Pizza for dinner. Mmmmm. I then left to go to my friend's local bands concert. I got there in time to see the band Frayl (from St Louis), then came my buddy's band (paradigum). They played a fucking awesome show. They played Ride (my favorite song by them) and did a rock version of Baby Got Back (which i know every word to btw :P) I then talked with Justin (my buddy in the band) and met his gf and her friend, Crimson. This chick is awesome. we talked the rest of the night until she had to leave. Stupid me forgot to get her number before she left (DOH), but im gonna ask justin if he can get my number to her and see what happens there. She goes to VU, so thats about an hour away from TH... but the night was still young, so i went over to brent's and met up with brent and chris again. We played poker, talked and watched movies/tv until 5AM, and then only stopped bc i had to go to church the next morning (i thought at 7AM).
Sunday - Luckily, my mom let me sleep and just go to 11AM mass by myself. Came home and pretty much lounged til about 3, when my parents decided to go bowling and asked me to go with them. They were getting ready for their league, and i was just messing around. I ended up bowling my best game ever. i got a 158, which i am damn proud of. I then just killed the rest of the evening, until 7, when i got a DDR itch. I ended up just going by myself to 2-bit. There was only one other DDR player there. I decided to do a sort of suicide run for me. Started with A, then CFSIL:SM, then Max 300 (standard), then Sakura (Oni). The first three songs went as well as normal, like 12 out on CFSIL:SM, 4 out on Max 300. I took a long rest before Sakura, and then i did it. I FC'ed Sakura Oni with 76 greats!! I threw my fists in the air right when i hit the last arrow. The heavy will soon be my bitch, if i have anything to say about it :-D Then, on that note, i just went back home (after 1 more round) and took a shower and went to bed.
