Tips on reducing the pain
» Lie down in a dark, quiet room.
» Put a cold compress or rag over your forehead.
» Massage your scalp using a lot of pressure.
» Put pressure on your temples.
How to really prevent migraines
» Get enough sleep. Have you tried
Polyphasic sleep?
» Reduce stress. I know that this is easier said than done, but something it's really vital to let go of schoolwork (which can be hell). Take a walk when you are so stressed out about an essay -- instead of just lying down -- it helps more and your heart beat will not be elevated that fast = lesser chances of a panic attack.

Foodie time!
» Chop half a ripe cantaloupe into 1-inch chunks.
» Blend with 1teaspoon of chopped fresh mint and 1 tablespoon lime-flavoured Perrier.
