I'm settling into my new job OK - it's a really great environment and my team are people I can see myself liking a great deal, once I've got over the initial neurosis associated with being in a totally new environment. In some ways, it's a bit like the first year of Uni again, with the choices of what to study (emphasis on marketing, please),
