We are a no spanking household. I tried to do it but found it to be a very negative discipline tool. It made THomas more aggressive. One day I found myself spanking Him for hitting Me. How was He going to learn that it is wrong to Hit someone if I hit Him for doing something wrong? It just didn't make sense to Me
