Kouffonissia was idyllic to her current needs, Aphrodite thought, even if she often found better waves off kamari beach on Santorini. Kouffonissia however was small, barely inhabited, and often this time of year the water was full of life. Today's waves were'nt that great - the Aegean Sea did have it's downsides, But she spent a few hours ( Read more... )

Sunning on the Beach littlebitobliss October 10 2004, 20:40:57 UTC
Taking his grandmother at his word, Bliss and Àille flashed in. Bliss with a bunch of blue sparkles and Àille with butterflies going everywhere.

Grinning, Bliss plopped down in the sand next to his grandmother, laying on his belly; but making sure his wings didn't get in the way of her sun. "Hey grandma, I brought Àille to visit."

Àille stood there blushing, "I'm sorry if we're disturbing your time off m'Lady."

Child, when you reach my caliber, you never get time off...

She offered them both a smile, her eyes lighting a bit as she looked at Bliss. She offered him her cheek, then motioned for them to both sit

Have a seat...there's sand enough for all of us, I think.

Leaning over, Bliss gave his grandmother a kiss on the cheek. "How are you doing grandma?"

Oh, it wasn't unintended... I had no qualms about them joining me on my myriad of trysts. as for what to tell Joan... I'm sure I'll think of some story to tell her that's not Cupid's favorite.

He was adoreable as a cherub, of course.... perfect as could be.

She smiled as she continued working on the wings, gently cleaning them, never antthing more then a feather light touch

And no... I've no wings.

Laughing softly, "I'm sure you can think of a story about my dear brother than you could tell both Joan and I that will embarrass him just as much. Perhaps about his learning to fly, or when he first started to walk? Or even the first time he heard a word he shouldn't have heard and started repeating it?" Grinning, "I learned quite colourful langage at a young age."

Àille relaxed under her grandmother's touch, her wings fluttering ever so slightly, yet not enough to cause a problem with their movement. "I could not imagine not having wings, they are such a large part of who I am."

well, I imagine it'sdifferent, having never had them, I've no idea what I'm missing.... but I always liked the way they looked... the cherubs had such a rainbow of colors on them...

As forBliss, I've got a few stories tucked away. And if I ever decide to get really embarrassing, I've got old crafts he used to come up with when Hephaestus let him bang around in the forge...

Turning her head back to grin at 'Dite, "Oh? Old crafts? The beginnings of when he liked to build things by hand? I'd love to see some of his first attempts. I know he built the temple." Looking over at her brother and the look of pure horror on his face, "Oh yes... crafts sound great."

Hephaestus felt his wife's pull, and flashed into view behind them. He blinked for a moment at the brightness of the sun, then smiled at the bunch.

"Well, Well."

Strugging to his feet, Bliss grins and gives his grandfather a hug, "Grandpa Heph! I've got someone you've got to meet."

Took you long enough... Bliss has a question for you.

She grinned at her spouse, turning a cheek towards him.

Standing slowly, Àille clasped her hands in front her and smiled softly, but didn't say anything.
