B) I'll be shooting you off an e-mail later, once I have the time to sit down and write it. Figure with an actual angel around, this might affect/intermingle with the whole 'fallen angel after Cassie and Thelma' thing :D

Naturally Phale would be able to tell he was half vampire yes? I think he might be the only one who'd be able to tell exactly what had happened to him, what with the whole seeing his soul bit. And if murdering an innocent leaves a mark on the soul, that'd be there too.
But I don't want Connor to find out about any of this right away. I want him to get established in town a bit before that.

Aziraphale would definitely know Connor was half vampire, and he'd probably see whatever "darkness" existed on Connor's soul as well. I promise he won't say anything about it, though. Phale doesn't usually point out things he notices about people, unless the player specifically asks me to do so -- to him, it's sort of like pointing out to a short person that they're short. He assumes they already know, since it's obvious to him, and figures it's kind of rude also. ;)
He might give Connor the odd look or two, and if you'd like he may do things like refuse to touch Connor and point out if he looks to be getting too close to any holy books that are in the shop. But only if you approve, and you would be completey welcome to chalk it up to "the kooky guy who runs the tea shop".
I'm going to send Claire by to interview for the job, but before I do, I wanted to know if Phale would know about her ability to regenerate. Also, it will probably be slow as I am not feeling very well.
I don't think he would... If she's human and just has like a mutation, I don't think he'd notice that. If it's magical, he probably would notice the fact of there being something magical, but not what it is. And if it's alien, then he'd probably notice that, but still not know any specifics.
If that all makes sense?
And no worries on it being slow. We can even handwave if that would be easier for you. I hope you get feeling better!
Do you have a time when you'd like this prophecy to be found? And should Aziraphale come to him about it (this would assume there's something there that will give Aziraphale an idea who it's about).
Also, do you mind if I fiddle a little with the language to make it more like Agnes Nutter's material from GO?
I'll be out of town this weekend, so the timing of next week works really well for me. Phale has the Thursday Leaf shift -- maybe have him come by like you mentioned, and that can prompt Phale to get the book out and have a look?
Agnes's language is a little crazy. What you've got is really good, I'm just going to tweak it a little bit as far as her crazy spelling and grammar and such. :)
