Yeah, there's that whole you can't use Cash for Clunkers on a car/truck that costs over $45,000.

The thing that stinks is my car is borderline on the MPG, but it's just high enough that I don't qualify for the money. D'oh-eth.

Mine is totally outside the MPG.

Plus, I don't want a car payment. I got used to not having one REAL QUICK.

Also, I still like the Beetle.

Yeah, I also realized that even if the gov't had given me $4500, I wouldn't have the rest of the car money anywhere in sight.
