What has helped me is to find satisfying foods that keep you filled longer and you don't have the desire to graze constantly. Another thing that has helped is finding another distraction rather than mindless eating. Btw I don't think you need to lose the five pounds and many people think you are lovely!
Will you be at Frolicon? Can you give me some of these satisfying food names? I know a few like oatmeal and almonds, but they don't seem to be doing the trick. I would love some of your advice :)
