The douchebags upstairs have a leak either in their bathtub or their washing machine. I can see the streaks of damp forming on both my ceiling and both sides of the bathroom/kitchen wall

If the damage is bad enough they have to pay for the paintjob... hope they get thrown out eventually, sound like a nasty piece of work :S.
