Well I been thinking about the future
But I'm too young to pretend
It's such a waste to always look behind you
Should be looking straight ahead.

Maybe I will tell you all about it
When I'm in the mood
To lose my way with words...
Guess you had to be there
Guess you had to be with me.

A little summary of my week.
Sunday - My last day of work. I'm going to miss working at TCBY. The people are so nice and I was starting to get to know the customers. I worked with Emma and she was really sweet the whole time, getting japanese for dinner and saying I should stay at TCBY and never go to college. She's a sweetheart.
Monday - What happened on Monday? Yana, Tine and I went grocery shopping. I used the Coinstar and got $13 from my piggybank and then promptly spent it on food for the concert. I started packing and realized I'm bringing wayyy too much stuff to college. I don't think it's all going to fit in the dorm room.
Tuesday - Yesterday was the JOHN MAYER CONCERT!! Oh my God it was the best day ever. Kaelan, Tine, Yana and I drove to PNC and had a picnic in the parking lot while watching the entire A&F catalog walk by and play football near us. Then we went inside and got free polaroids/gift bags from Sunglasses Hut. We made friends with the dj from Z100 and got to talk on the radio (where I said "Hi" to Lisa and proclaimed my love for John). John Mayer was incredible live. He is so amazing, I would have his babies anyday of the week. He sang a good mix of old/new songs, even though I wish he had played Sucker, I loved that 3x5, Back to You and Why Georgia showed up in the set along with Homelife, Clarity and Come Back to Bed. Who am I kidding though, I'd listen to him sing anything.
After the show we went to the dinner and ran into Chase. Yay! So all five of us had some food and Christine was in hysterics over Chases' comments. Good times Good times.
Today - I did a lot of packing, everything's getting organized. Lisa, Anna and Kaelan reassured me that I am not bringing too much stuff. I hope 4 plastic bins, 2 small suitcases and a couple of boxes of miscellaneous crap will all fit on my side of the room. My roommate seems really nice though - maybe she won't be too pissed when I show up with 2 cars worth of stuff, haha.
And if you never stop when you wave good-bye
You might just find
If you give it time
You will wave hello again.
