I R Genius 2! ("You scored 93% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 93% Advanced, and 80% Expert!")...Although I think this kind of test is often easier for non-native speakers, since you generally learn meaning and spelling at the same time -> hardly ever problems with stuff like "they're/their/there" etc.

True... a lot of these were really easy to figure out, and it's kinda hard for me to understand why people mess them up. But I guess if you just never paid attention to how things are spelled, they do sound the same...

Maybe it's similar to Germans messing up das/dass all the time, just on a bigger scale? ...makes me wonder though whether non-native speakers have trouble with the das/dass thing, too.
