I started counseling today.. pretty much cried the whole time.. and realized that yeah.. a lot has happend in the past 2 years.. and ive totally just pushed it away.. and now that im dealing with it.. its really overwhelming..

A lot of my posts are going to be private now.. at least this kind of emotional stuff..
