I am back form Santa Fe.... yes Santa Fe and not MN.  Short version.... I was on my way out of Dodge, turned a corner a bit wide, went to correct the wide turn and turned too sharply, hitting a parked car at about 20-25mph and in such a way that both air bags went off and it ripped the axel out of my transmission totalling my car.  No one was hurt ( Read more... )

Done with the Christmas show.  Glad it's done.  The actual act of doing the show, while it was long and exaughsting, was a good experience.  It was all the backstage bickering etc.that really irritated me.  Anyways, it's done and I'm done for this season.

So, they installed a new content filter on the system at work... so I can no longer get on LJ while at work.  That sucks.  I kind of knew that eventually this was going to happen since they classify it as social networking and in a school district that's a bad thing (stupid mean students and all).... but *sigh*  I was kind of hoping they didn't ( Read more... )

Due the the snafu between the vet's office and my bank... I am forced to do something drastic.  I am offering up everything in my studio for 50% for the next 24 hours!  Please, post, cross post, FB, tweet, promote however you see fit that I am having this sale and need help.

Morning
It's kind of depressing to wake up in the morning and not hear someone meowing for her breakfast or hear someone whining to get out of his kennel and go potty.  This morning was like that.  I was completely and utterly all alone.  It depressed me a little.  I've always had a pet so for even just one day, to not have one there to greet me ( Read more... )
