After X left the apartment, he'd been wandering through Tetha. He was just so happy and excited, he couldn't just sit around at home doing nothing.
And he loved meeting people.
He loved seeing new or familiar faces so much, he couldn't help sharing how much he loved seeing them.
At the moment, he had picked up and was cuddling an equally affectionate Muchomon in the park. The Muchomon's hotdog cart was sitting off to the side.
After a few minutes, he set the Muchomon down and crouched, patting his head.
"Don't worry, Muchomon! I'm sure you'll do much better with selling hotdogs than you did selling cabbages."
"X, mon, you're right! I love selling things so much, I'm sure I'll love selling hotdogs just as much as my cabbages! I love you, mon! I really do! You're the best!" The Muchomon hopped forward to hug X again.
X hugged him back. "You're the best, Muchomon. I know you'll do great!" He pulled away after a moment and stood up.
"I should get going. You take care!"
"You too! Bye X!"
X waved goodbye to the Muchomon as he headed off. He grinned as he walked. Today was great. He was looking forward to running into more people.
