Who: Doumkei, Nadeko, Kazuma [Partners]
What: Life in the Digital World isn't easy. Especially when you start out alone.
When: December 5th, 2010, early afternoon
Where: Poyi Mountains
It was cold, colder than it was in Neon, which is exactly what Doumeki was looking for. Nadeko was beginning to take her archery lessons seriously, enough that her skill was not only increasing, she basically wanted to train the same way Doumeki had when he was learning. One of those things was building up endurance, and the best way he had learned how was shooting while in the cold. It was going to hurt like hell, yes, but once that endurance was built up her hands would be able to take much more abuse, including shooting quicker, and going for long periods like in tournaments.
Unfortunately Neon wasn't quite cold enough yet, but it gave the two of them an excuse to spend some time up near the little shrines in the Poyi Mountains. A calm place, Doumeki found, and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
He trudge up the path to one of the abandoned shrines he knew of, Nadeko behind him and Moro on the shoulder that wasn't holding his archery gear, both of them dressed in traditional hakama. As he approached, he noticed there were recent foot prints in the dirt ground, and a discarded candy bar wrapper near the steps of the little shrine, but no one seemed to be around.
"Hm."
