Dive therapy?

What kind of fighting style are you looking for?

Mhm. I'm a Reyvateil. I've got a Cosmosphere - sort of like the Dreamscapes everyone had - that I invite people into, to give them a relaxing setting where they can... well, talk about anything they want. But since I don't have a Dive machine here...

Um, I'm really not sure. Does it matter?

Like the Animus dreamscapes.... -=He doesn't like the sound of that.=-

There's offense and defense. Hand to hand and with weapons. It's not just fighting. It's an exercise. A way of being.

Except that I can control every aspect of mine consciously.

... whatever I could learn to help others. I'm tired of feeling useless.

I didn't think this place would have a therapist. I have no idea what a Dive machine is... [ Small smile. ]

Oh, yes! Apparently I'm the only one.

Um, a Dive machine is what Reyvateil use to let someone into their Cosmosphere, which is something like a Dreamscape, but we have them all the time and can control them consciously. Dive Therapists allow clients into their Cosmospheres, to give them a relaxing atmosphere to vent or ask for advice in.

[ Wide eyed. ]

Impressive. Is it easy to find work here, even without the machine?

... no. No one has taken me up on that, unfortunately.

And, um... what is a Dive machine?

[Sorry, Luca, you're going to have to repeat yourself.]

O-oh, that's okay!

And, um, it's a machine that allows someone to go into my subconscious. I can control what it looks like and what happens there, so it gives a more relaxed setting for the therapy session.

That's very interesting. [And it sounds like paradise, but... Sango isn't going to ask. Sorry.] I imagine it would be very helpful to some of the... victims here, this week.

A Dive Therapist. Though, without a Dive machine, I'm really just a therapist...

Still doesn't explain what it is.

It's therapy using my subconscious as a medium. I can make my Cosmosphere look an way I like, so it helps the relaxation process.

Do you remember those dreams we all had, where we went into other people's minds? I have something like that permanently, and I allow clients inside for a more relaxed setting, since I can control what my Cosmosphere looks like.

Mhm! It's like customizable therapy. Clients can do whatever they like. W-within reason, of course!
