Smoked Salmon Experiment #1

My first attempt came out a bit too salty on the surface. Next time I'll rinse it better after it's cured for 24 hours. Since it's a bit too salty to just eat plain I minced all the meat, added it to sour cream with some dry ranch dressing and hopefully I'll have a good dip!
