July 4 fireworks a bust for us :(

We had guests for dinner and despite the all day rain we decided we'd take our chances and take the boat up river to Morgantown to watch the fireworks. When we got to the marina I realized we couldn't do that. It looks like the Morgantown lock and dam released all the crap that had backed up behind the dam in the past year. There was so much
