There's some psychological advice here on how to stick to resolutions, or make your resolutions something you're more likely to stick to. It's probably coming a bit late now, but some of it's still stuff worth bearing in mind. Figuring out some measurable concrete goals is always good, rather than leaving it vague and ill-bounded - you're kinda doing that already I think by reading "get a job" as "send out my CV to X people every week". And adding some external accountability (like posting these here) also helps.
Anyway, you've still got hours to wait until all this kicks in. I'm typing this from a year in the future, so I already know that you're awesome and can get any of this stuff done if you really want it.
