Ahem. Hiatus again. (+ cooking...erm...baking?)
Right. So once again, I've gone AWOL. XD What can I say, I've been studying like crazy for my last exam which I took on Monday. I'm so glad that's done.
So I'm now officially on vacation. :) (YAY!) Which brings me to my 'news'.
I've mentioned this to a couple of you, but I've been awfully bored for the past couple of months (if you exclude the studying...that's, like, SO MUCH FUN DX). SO I decidid to actually do something this summer. One thing led to another aaaaand, as it turns out I'm going to the UK for the summer. :) It could be the whole two months (if I get a job) or a couple of weeks (if I don't).
Now, I don't know whether I'll have an internet connection while I'm there (actually I know very little), so that means...yes...a hiatus. Except this time, I won't even be able read your entries. Sorry for that. I will, however, be able to check my e-mail daily, so if there's anything, let me know.
So...um...see you once I get back (OR find an internet cafe or something). Ta-ta!
P.S. Oh, and if anyone's actually coming to the UK as well, drop me a message and maybe we can meet up or something.

Okay...EDIT!!!
So I was back-reading some of my older entries and I've realised I haven't done half of the things I promised to do. So before I leave, I'm gonna show you those pictures of what I baked that I mentioned before. :)
This was my very first baking experiment. A banana pie with honey and cinnamon sauce. :)
My second experiment. A bit of a failure, but my brother really liked it.
Chocolate chip cookies. *drools* I think this is the sweet that I bake the most. I just LOVE them. (except instead of chocolate chips I use chopped chocolate...we don't have those here).
I remember baking this during a break between studying. You can see my biochemistry notes on the side. LOL This is a coffee-cake in cake form. :)
Waffles. :D A request from my mom this was.
I baked this for my mother on her birthday. :D Made everything from scratch.
I baked these at night. LOL I was craving for something sweet and this is what I ended up with. These are cookies with apples inside. I think I ate a whole plate of these all by myself.
A cake for New-Years. Yes, I like to decorate with fruit. LOL
I don't think I know the name of these in English, but they're damn good. My dad loves them and eats the majority when I bake them.
This was something like a chocolate pie? A bit too buttery for me, but everyone else liked it.
I think that's it. All of these are kind of old since I don't really bake nowadays...gotta watch those calories. XDD
