do you mind me asking what was your high weight? and what are you at now? what have you done to lose the weight?

my high weight was 246 and i'm now around 215 (so i still have a ways to go). my goal weight is to lose 100 lbs and get to 145 or so (I'm 5'5") and I've always been overweight so I have no idea what that would be like on me. I am doing yoga and karate, but since I had so many emotional eating issues, honestly what has helped me the most is therapy and OA. I needed to get to a place where I could take care of myself, before I wasn't able to do that, so I needed the emotional help first. after that i think the key is simply diet and exercise.
