I have teamed up with a friend, and we are starting Weight Watchers on Tuesday together. She is joining curves, which I can't do for health reasons at the moment, but my doctor has said I can ride an exercise bike for 10 min at a time. So we agreed each session she has at curves, I'll do 30 min of the bike, spread out over the day.
She is coming over Monday night and we are going to weight in and take the "before" photos and get serious.
