Usually there is some amount of physical stress after arriving, but nothing that should last more than a few days. It may be the area you've been staying in. Or that the effects of arriving have become prolonged over time.

Oh, not really. Someone I knew went missing, but I think they're one of those people who got dropped off the city completely, so I guess there's not much to do about that.
