that's depressing and i know how you feel. i say go for a walk or run and give yourself some sort of project to work on and take a nice long hot bath while you think of all the things you love in this world. rejuvinate your soul, as cheesy as that sounds :) do it quick and learn a good method for pulling yourself out of these swings before winter takes control of you.
