Trust....What the hell is it anymore?

What the hell is trust nowadays? I seriously am starting to believe i cannot trust a single person. Everybody lies and i'm getting sick of it. I do my best to tell the truth about everything. Everyone has their "white lies" but some of these lies are not very small but really big and they matter. I'm not giving any examples

anyways, no body is perfect. I sometimes say mean things about my ex but that's only to cover up how I feel about him. Or something. It's like a defense mechanism so he won't think he can hurt me.

People talk behind peoples backs for different reasons. Some are even jealous. So yeah think about what could be their reasons.
